Lead Candidates

Cytochroma’s product pipeline includes the following candidates:

• CTA018 Injection is a novel vitamin D analog with a dual mechanism of action that combines vitamin D hormone functions with CYP24 enzyme inhibition. CTA018 Injection is under development for the treatment of moderate to severe SHPT in Stage 5 CKD patients. The product is expected to provide superior control of serum parathyroid hormone (PTH) without having an adverse impact on serum levels of calcium and phosphorus.
• CTAP201 Injection is a vitamin D hormone that is under development for the treatment of SHPT in Stage 5 CKD patients. CTAP201 Injection will provide nephrologists with a new alternative to safely and effectively treat mild to moderate SHPT in dialysis patients.
• CTAP101 Capsules is a first in class product under development for the treatment of vitamin D insufficiency in Stage 3 and 4 CKD patients.

Other Product Candidates

• Phosphate Management Products in early-stage development at Cytochroma target the treatment of hyperphosphatemia in order to improve the control of SHPT in CKD patients.
