Mr. Ngan joined Cytochroma in August 2007 and has responsibilities spanning both business development and corporate finance at the company.  He has more than 10 years of experience in finance, capital markets, and business development.  Previous to Cytochroma, Gordon worked in equity research at National Bank Financial and Canaccord Adams, focused on biotech and healthcare.  He has also held a number of industry roles at BioChem Pharma and Shire Pharmaceuticals Group plc in investor relations and business development, at increasing levels of responsibility.  Gordon holds an MBA (Finance) from Queen’s University, an undergraduate degree in Immunology from the University of Toronto, and is a CFA charterholder.
