Management Team:

Bruce McCarty, MBA Executive Director, Manufacturing Operations

Mr. McCarty joined Cytochroma in October 2008 as Executive Director of Manufacturing Operations.  He brings an established track record in the pharmaceutical industry and in contract manufacturing operations.  He has more than 28 years of experience in manufacturing operations in both sterile and non- sterile products as well as business development, new product introductions, technology transfer and compliance. Previous to Cytochroma, Bruce worked at Draxis Pharma as General Manager of Sterile Operations where he was responsible for the financial, operational and business development aspects of the business unit and previous to that as Vice President of Operations.  Prior to Draxis, Bruce held a number of senior management positions at Abbott Laboratories and was the Plant Manager at their Montreal Facility. Bruce also worked at Allergan and held a variety of positions in production and quality at increasing levels of responsibility.  Bruce holds an MBA from Concordia University and an undergraduate degree in Biology from McGill University.
